Secure Hosting integration

Instructions:
Open shopincs/extrasettings.php and change the secure hosting variable: $securehosting="y";

Open shopincs/checkout2.php and look for the //SECURE HOSTING code.
Change the checkcode, filename and shreference values to those issued by Secure Hosting:

<input type=hidden name="filename" value="SH123456/templateforsecurehosting.htm">
<input type=hidden name="shreference" value="SH123456">

When this is done, you are integrated with Secure Hosting.
