When gift-wrapping is enabled, the gift-wrap form is displayed at checkout.
The gift-wrapping image is displayed along with the gift-wrap title, message form field and the cost.
If the shopper ticks yes, the gift-wrap checkbox, the cost is added to their total and the message they enter is written to their order.
